Life <big>Rick Parkinson</big> (aka Shrek) is a contemporary poet and screen-write author currently residing in Grantham, UK. After reading English at Ripon University, he returned to his home town, Grantham, where he has composed the majority of his work. Previous Works His most notibale contributions to literature to date include his first poetry publication 'Growling at the laying hens', a short poetry book also containing Pulitzer Prize standard photography. The book became a sensation over-night, creating several original literary characters, such as; 'If you have any questions please, about cottage cheese' and the fan favourate, 'I need a curry to love, I need a curry to love, and if I ever needed a curry, I need a curry to love'. === The Future is Bright! === Rick is currently writing, directing and staring in several short films with his production company 'An Aardvark Sang in Liecester Square'.
