Education & Licensure Richard Matheny holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Surveying and Mapping from the University of Florida. He is licensed in Kentucky and Indiana as a Professional Land Surveyor. Career His professional memberships include the Kentucky Association of Professional Surveyors, where he served as Chairman of the Falls of the Ohio Chapter in 1998. He is also the founder and principal of Cardinal Surveying Services, a member of the Homebuilders Association of Louisville |
