Richard Linn American Inn of Court

Richard Linn American Inn of Court is part of the American Inns of Court Foundation. The Linn Inn specializes in intellectual property law in Chicago. The Inn is named after Judge Richard Linn of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

The Richard Linn American Inn of Court promotes civility, ethics and professionalism among the intellectual property law community of Chicago. The Inn consists of judges, attorneys, law professors, in-house counsel and law students. Members meet once a month to "break bread" together after a substantive program presented by one of the pupilage groups.

The Linn Inn was founded by Olivia Luk of Jenner and Block, Chief Judge James Holderman of the Northern District of Illinois, Judge Amy St. Even of the Northern District of Illinois, Sasha Mayergoyz of Latham & Watkins, Meredith Addy of Brinks, Hofer, Gilson & Lione, Roberta Kwall of DePaul University of Law, Timothy Holbrook of Chicago-Kent School of Law, and Jonathan Spivey of Foley & Lardner.
