Richard David Gasser also known as “Rick Gasser” (born January 5, 1962) is an American entrepreneur who has founded several businesses over the past 30 years. He is the founder and director of Brawler Industries; a plastic sheeting manufacturer/conversion company. Early life and education Born in Casper, Wyoming, USA, Rick Gasser graduated from Midwest High School in Wyoming in 1980. He also graduated from Casper College in 1982 with an Associate’s degree in Petroleum Technology. He equally graduated from the University of Wyoming in 1985 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree under the College of Commerce and Industry. Business career For more than 30 years, Rick Gasser has been an entrepreneur founding several businesses. In 1987, he founded his most accomplished business; West Texas Plastics, Inc. known today as Brawler Industries, LLC a plastic sheeting manufacturer/conversion firm. Rick has been the CEO of the company until April of 2015 when he had fulfilled his contract, then resigned and now continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the same firm. Rick and Kim are great supporters of the Life Center; a pro life organization assisting young women and men who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy. Rick enjoys playing golf and has always been involved in athletics and sports competitions. He still competes at a very high level all across the United States in several amateur golf tournaments each year. He was the Co-Captain of the 1979 Wyoming State Championship Football Team and also the Co-Captain of the 1980 Wyoming State Championship Wrestling Team. He also won the 1980 - 132lb Individual State Wrestling Championship. He played two years of Jr. College Golf in 1981-82 and continues to be an avid scratch golfer.
