Rex-Meyer Yachts was a Sanford, Florida power-yacht design and builder from around 1991 to 1998. They produced a limited number of high-end, custom built power yachts based on the design of the Ocean Alexander Motoyacht series. Although they were seen as a very innovative company, producing a solid series of motor-yacht, they went out of business when the real-estate market collapsed, and brought the yacht market down with it.
