Reverse antisemitism

Reverse antisemitism is a term which applies to hostility directed at those who appear antisemitic, or are labeled antisemitic, typically involving censorship. This is akin to reverse discrimination.

There is an arguable tendency in American media – to label individuals 'antisemitic', conservatively – meaning 'guilty until proven innocent'. Once you appear 'on the list' (the list of those considered antisemitic), most likely, you will remain there forever. It is a kind of censorship combined with reverse prejudice.

The basic problem with that way of thinking is the same as with 'normal prejudice'. Ideas and individuals are excluded simply on the basis of a past/perceived fault against Judaism. The author of this article will no doubt be labeled antisemitic and 'thrown to the wolves'
