Resourceful Humans

Resourceful Humans
The Way of Resourceful Humans© is a human resources management strategy co-created by Heiko Fischer and Susanne Dera wherein sustainable innovation and productivity in an organization is enabled through unified Product, Team and Organisational-Development. RH© Teams are solely measured on performance and granted freedom in achieving their goals. Inspired by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard's HP Way, the Resourceful Humans Concept proposes a starfish-like organizational design inspired by Darwin's K2 theory with ultimately no need for central human resources. HR competencies are transferred into decentralized teams in a self-sustaining way. Heiko and Susanne, who originally proposed the RH management strategy at Crytek and featured at the Games Developers Conference 2010, have since started a consulting group called RH Consulting.
