| Individual Contributors assigned to multiple projects simultaneously tend to experience memory loss, feelings of anxiety, and a general degradation in the quality output of their work. There is a direct, probably logarythmic correlation involving the complexity and number of projects assigned, and the frequency of symptoms associated with RADD. Further study is needed to more accurately diagnose RADD. |
