Registry Dr. was produced by EuroTrade A.L. Ltd. It fakes being a legitimate scanning program and was probably created to gain a profit. In reality, it doesn't actually scan just malware removing it. that might or might not be a computer virus in the usual sense. It performs a scan on its own and slows down PC performance.
