Reginald Oko-Flex Inya

Reginald Oko-Flex Inya is a Nigerian-Irish community organiser, social justice expert, media producer (Youniq Magazine Limited), and entrepreneur. He is credited by some sources with the empowerment of ethnic minorities in Ireland, including philanthropic works in Africa.
Oko-Flex Inya is married, with four children which includes eldest son, Armstrong Oko-Flex, a professional footballer - and youth international for the Republic of Ireland.
Education
Oko-Flex Inya attended University College Dublin, where he obtained Certificate in Commerce from University College, Dublin, and progressed to Dublin Institute of Technology, where he earned an honours degree in human resources management, and continued to Dublin City University, Dublin where he obtained a master's degree in management and further master's degree in public administration, from London Metropolitan University.
Professional career
He co-founded New Communities Partnership (NCP), an independent national network charity representing over 75 nationalities with offices in Dublin, Cork and outreach offices.
As of 2014, he was a non-executive director of New Communities Partnership (NCP), where he provides strategic advisory roles in the development of innovative social inclusion projects including migrant family support services for ethnic minorities and BAMEs and actively participates in mentoring diverse organizations that promote diversity, integration, social enterprise and minority empowerment under the auspices of NCP. He is a pioneer of the Nigeria-Irish Chamber of Commerce the Director of the Nollywood Ireland Film Festival; publisher of Youniq Magazine and Founding Director of Dublin African Film Festival.

Oko-Flex Inya received a Certificate in Commerce from University College Dublin, a Human Resources Management Degree from Dublin Institute of Technology, Masters of Arts in Management from Dublin City University and Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from London Metropolitan University Community
As a beyond profit expert and director of programmes with NCP, Reginald established several innovative projects and services through his works towards empowering minorities, including Migrant Family Support Services (MFSS) and Community Foundation for Ireland
In his advocacy works, as part of the European Cultural Foundation, in the team of Miriam Hederman O'Brien (former Irish Chief Justice) and Catherine Heany of DHR Communications and others, Reginald Oko-Flex Inya was one of the delegates that attended the Dáil and made presentation to Irish Parliament Joint Committee on European Affairs in January 2011
Professional awards
Oko-Flex Inya was recognised for his contributions in support of Environment and Community by UN World Refugee Day Awards; and also recognised by an award from Social Entrepreneur Ireland (SEI).
