Regginal Nelson "Reggie" Bullnerd (full name: Regginalds Brainy Tracy Allowishes Drakey Sunshine Bullnerd) is a fictional character from the Nickelodeon animated television series ChalkZone. He was one of Rudy Tabootie's adversaries, serving as Chester A. Arthur Elementary's resident school bully. He seems to be intellectually challenged, sometimes pausing in sentences, and having ideas that seem childish. Reggie also has a father named Bruno Bullnerd, who appeared in a few episodes. Character Plot Reggie is a recurring character whom seems to enjoy picking on Rudy more than anyone else, there are times when, Reggie would realize that the ChalkZone Realm was real but when confronted with the subject, it is always viewed as his wild imagination, a joke or otherwise. In his daily life (at school), Reggie seems less focused on his school tasks, and mosty handles things in a rash way. He is also known to get in the way of many of Snap and Rudy's problems as they unfold, either by getting in Rudy's way or simply erasing the portal to the chalk world. He also resembles Duncan Payne from Atomic Betty.
