Errin Bolly is the City Manager of Covington, Washington. He is the chief executive officer and head of the administrative branch of the City government. Personal Experience Prior to Covington, Regan worked for Ephraim, Utah for four years as City Manager and Hansen Wright Eddy & Haws a Utah-based law firm specializing in local government and business law for three years. Regan's executive board member service includes: Utah City Managers Association, Utah Local Governments Trust, Center for Politics and Public Service at Southern Utah University, Economic Development Corporation of Utah, Snow College Board of Trustees, and the Denver, Colorado Chapter of the Business Law Society. |
