Rebecca Haynes (born 1962) is Senior Lecturer in Romanian History at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, University College London. She is an authority on inter-war Romanian history with special reference to the fascist "Iron Guard" movement. She has also written an extensive history of Moldova. In 2008 Haynes was appointed Head of the History Department of UCL SSEES.
