RDS (group of companies)

"RDS" is a group of road construction companies, founded in 2005 as an investment group "Rost" for the construction of housing and commercial real estate. It is included in the TOP-3 road companies of Ukraine in terms of the volume (mileage) of built roads. The main office is located in Odessa.
The main areas of group's activity are design, construction, reconstruction, overhaul of roads, infrastructure facilities, maintenance of highways, construction of runways.
The RDS Group of Companies includes such companies as "Rostdorstroy" and "Kiyvshlyakhbud". The group of companies operates in 9 regions of Ukraine: Kyiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Odessa, Vinnytsia, Luhansk, as well as in the cities of Kiyv and Odessa. RDS production facilities are located in each of these areas. The assets of the company include asphalt and cement concrete plants, laboratories, a fleet of vehicles. In addition, it is a member of the European Business Association (EBA).
History
The company was founded in 2005
Activities
* 2005-2010. The company was engaged in bank protection works, construction of highways, streets in Odessa and Odessa regions. The construction of the 9th berth of the Yuzhny Sea Trade Port, reconstruction of taxiways at the Odessa airport.
* 2011-2012. The RDS Group of Companies was engaged in the repair and reconstruction of streets and objects in Kiyv, as well as in the capital region:
* In 2013, the company repaired the N-01 Kiyv-Znamianka road in the Cherkasy region. In addition, a number of roads were also built in Artsyz, Tarutyne, Bolhrad districts of Odessa region. The construction of streets in the cities of Odessa and Kiyv was carried out.
* Since 2014, RDS has been taking part in international tenders, including tenders for the overhaul of roads in the Republic of Moldova, held under the auspices of the EBRD.
* In 2020, RDS completed the construction of a runway at the Odessa airport, while continuing to build highways in the Cherkasy, Poltava and Mykolaiv regions.<ref name"tender" /><ref name"velbud" /> In April 2020, the company bought the Kredmash DS-16837 asphalt concrete plant.<ref name="gkrds" />
