Razhel Gee Mengullo (born August 17, 1997 in Bacolod City, Philippines) is a Jr. Black Belt in Karatedo from the Philippines, who held the title as Philippine Karate Federation most promising karateka and the official flag bearer of Visayas delegation in the 2nd Philippine Olympic Festival National Championship in Manila. She collected four national medals in karatedo and a sports awardee for her achievement in school. Razhel, is a member of the victorious Jack & Jill School Karatedo Team, member and the best fighter of Negros Occidental Karatedo Federation, triumphed in the 8-9 year-old kumite and kata in the 2nd Philippine Olympic Festival Visayas Championship in Iloilo City but settled for the silver in the kumite event won by Angeles City Kimberly Madrona and bagged a bronze in the kata event in the POF national finals in ULTRA, Pasig City. She participated Philippine Karatedo Federation National Championships held in Cebu City and Negros Occidental and snatched gold and bronze in kumite and kata events in the girls' 8-9 and 10-11 years old division. Razhel is a 2008 NOPSSCEA gold medal winner. She boosted Jack & Jill School's bid after claiming a gold in 10-11 year-old category and 2 golds in the girls' in the 3rd UMA-ONEBA Presidential Cup Karatedo Competition 8-9 year-old bracket and additional gold and silver in the Mayor Evelio Leonardia Cup 10-11 year-old division. Razhel is currently studying at Jack and Jill School, Bacolod City. She is a member of the editorial staff Up The Hill in her school and enjoys not only karatedo but also biking in his free time.
