Raul Colon

Raul Colon is a Puerto Rican writer, sport reporter and columnist known for his practical research and insight. He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and since the late 1990s he has done extensive research in the field of combat aviation.
He has over 500 articles and three major Papers published. Some of his work can be found online. Currently, he cover sports for www.sportprnews.com. A Puerto Rican-base website dedicated to the Island sport scene. He had three weekly columns in the Puerto Rico Daily Sun. The only, English newspaper in Puerto Rico.
He covers the NFL Draft and College Football for www.nffdrafdog.com
He is also the founder and chair of the Caribbean Chapter of the Cold War Museum, a non-profit organization that promotes a better understanding of the events and stories of that profound period.
Currently, he is writing a book, titled: The Air War over The Somme, which focus on the Allied and German air activities above one of the most glorified war battlefields in history, due for release in early 2011.
He is also a member of the Military Writer's Society of America and the Football Writers Association of America. His work can be found on many internet sites as well as in trade magazines.
