Rasu Baptist Church is a small baptist church located on the plains below Boromura Hills. It is of importance to the Mandwi Baptist Circle of Sadar North Baptist Association in terms of religious activities. It was established in the year 1994 A.D. Presently there are around 40 members of the church. The service is done in Kokborok language. The church members are very motivated and devoted in their faith. The church started initially as a fellowship under the aegis of Sadar North Baptist Association, (Tripura Baptist Christian Union).
Services are held on the following days:
*Saturday: Family Prayer Meeting
*Sunday: Women's Fellowship, Worship Service, Youth Service
Recently a member, Mr Ajoy Debbarma, who was previously the Treasurer of the Church, was elected as the Secretary of the Mandwi Baptist Circle. The Church building of-course is not a concrete, being only a bamboo house, but the heart and faith of the members are concrete for Christ. This Church has been chosen as to be the host for Annual Musical - cum - Youth Fellowship Preparation Program 2006 of Mandwi Baptist Circle.
