Publications
Has published many manuscripts in the field of dermatology that are peer-reviewed and medline indexed . Those of the most clinical and applicable relevance seem to be in areas of orphan diseases and, similarly, less studied aspects of Dermatology. An early publication in his career involved a controlled trial to verify manufacturer claims of braided suture strength. On examining the manuscript, the study was not funded by industry and thus removed potential bias while giving a neutral answer to the actual claim of the manufacturers.
Other large research projects and reviews preformed include those focused on unusual, but rarely seen diseases, such as the only known research review on Ambras syndrome , the first review of the subungal tumor, onychomatricoma, and a research review on Pseudo-ainhum.
The focus on such orphan diseases has also produced small reports on early novel treatment options for such patients, such as one patient with acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau. Although these are small reports, this case highlights that dermatology is a field that often deals with low prevalence presentations, and such small studies lead to recognition and citation in larger studies.

The rarity of such topics in the modern medical Dermatoloyic literature has resulted in citation of the aforementioned works amongst other peer-reviewed manuscripts from academic centers around the world, as well as in notable examples of career highlights at major medical centers.
