Ramon Grosos

Born in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania, in 1977, Ramon Grosos is a contemporary painter who develop an abstract style. Using impressionist, figurative and abstract views on canvas, Ramon's name was associated with the introduction of the abstract Pixell style. The design of his abstract paintings had no relation to the shape or size of the canvas.
Ramon Grosos is member of Associazione Culturale "Italia in Arte", Brindisi, and has exhibited in international events: 2005 International Exhibition of Contemporary and Religious Plastic Arts of London; Salon International d'Arte Plastique Contemporaine, (2005 Paris, France) or Artspace 2000 at International Center for Culture and Arts "Arcus" - Romania. He was included in the Dizionario Encoclopedico Internazionale d'Arte Moderna e Contemporanea 2008, Alba Publishing, Ferrara, Italy.
In 20 June 2008, Ramon became Associated Academician of the Department of Arts at International Academy "Greci - Marino" - Accademia Del Verbano, Di Lettere, Arti, Scienze from Vinzaglio, Italy.

The artist was awarded:
* "Michelangelo Buonarroti 2008" International Prize;
* "Premio ALBA 2008" Italian Prize;
* "Leonardo daVinci 2009" International Prize;
* "Premio Speciale Diritti Umani 2009" International Prize;
Over the last years, Ramon has written articles for HALLO magazine on contemporary art trends and was featured on KiptonART and Photo Magazine
