Ramneek Wayne (born 1992) is an Australian entrepreneur. He is managing director at Tee Care Agency & managing director of North Foundation. He is best known for bringing change to the disability sector, recounts his experiences as an undocumented migrant and the struggles he faced in establishing residency in New Zealand. He later moved to Australia, where he began his entrepreneurial journey. Career Tee Care Agency In 2022, Wayne founded Tee Care Agency (finalist for culture and diversity awards), which operates in the disability sector. The organization provides care services for individuals with disabilities, with a focus on high-quality service and community impact. The rapid growth of Tee Care Agency into a million-dollar enterprise has been a key milestone in Wayne’s career, as highlighted in his numerous public speaking engagements. North Foundation In 2024, Ramneek Wayne launched North Foundation, an organization focused on providing consulting services to small businesses and local governments. Through North Foundation, Wayne seeks to make an impact by supporting businesses with experienced executives on a contractual basis.
