Raman sidhu

Raman Sidhu is one of the Founding Member of the Public Affairs Forum of India (PAFI). Raman has 29 years of experience in Investment Banking and Corporate Banking in India and two years in Insolvency and Liquidation Business in London.
Raman has previously worked with Grindlays Bank plc, Barclays Bank PLC, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd., and, FIL (Fidelity) Fund Management Pvt. Ltd. Raman has also served on the Board of Directors of several private and public sector undertakings.
He is on the Boards of G4S Corporate Services (India) Pvt. Ltd., Foundation for Aviation and Sustainable Tourism(FAST), European Business Group India , National Executive Committee of FICCI and the Capital Markets Committee of ASSOCHAM. Raman was also a member of a 5 member Core Group instituted by Ministry of Corporate Affairs to establish ‘Corporate Governance Norms for all Foreign Financial Institutions operating in India’.
A graduate from St. Stephen College, Delhi, with a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Economics, Raman qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, U.K., and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is alumni of the Duke of Edinburgh Conference, Canada (1998).
