Ralph Nieders

Ralph Octavio Nieders (b. April 9, 1954 in San Diego County, California) is an American-Mexican real estate developer, author, and designer of plans for a cross-border terminal at the Tijuana, Mexico airport, allowing easier access for passengers from San Diego.
Biography
Nieders was born to Swedish and German parents, and his grandfathers were active in banking and finance in those respective countries. Nieders obtained degrees from San Diego State University (BS in Finance) and the University of Southern California (MBA). He was also at one time a syndication officer at Bancomer in Mexico City, where he prepared the financial reports submitted to the U.S. Federal Reserve and did the analysis predicting .
