Raaja Kanwar

Raaja Kanwar is an Indian business person and Chairman and Managing Director, Apollo International Limited, a part of the Apollo Group. The Apollo Group has three entities - Apollo Tyres, Apollo International Ltd, and Artemis Hospitals.
Raaja Kanwar is the Chairman of the Regional Committee on Logistics & Warehousing at Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
He is also the founder of UFO Moviez. The then-honorable Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, recognised Kanwar's contribution to the development of the Indian digital film industry. He came back to India in 1994 and started Apollo International Limited (AIL), a global business conglomerate with business verticals in Infrastructure, Logistics, Automotive, and Fashion. It is a diversified arm of the mainstream Apollo Group.
Raaja Kanwar founded Apollo Supply Chain Pvt. Ltd. in 2009. It is a group company of Apollo International Limited (AIL). Under the aegis of Kanwar, AIL Gained WEF Membership in 2007.
He is the member of several notable organizations including, Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), World Economic Forum (WEF), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), All India Management Association (AIMA) and The Owner’s Forum.
