Queens Boulevard Central Park

Overview
Queens Boulevard Central Park in Queens, New York City, is a conceptual urban design project drawing from an unrealized civic, economic, and environmental potential of Queens Boulevard. The proposed park could provide civic amenities, additional retail and commercial spaces, and an integrated water management system to prevent combined sewer overflows. The park would span for a distance of approximately one mile between Grand Avenue and 64th Road and would arch over the Long Island Expressway to connect the Corona and Rego Park neighborhoods.
