Project N.E.O.

Project N.E.O.
A project founded recently in 2011 for the development of the anime series Mobile Suits. However, these Mobile Suits are being built to advance the cybernetics and robotics systems all across Earth. Currently, there is not much known about it. However, there are several benefactors that are adding to their funding. Many military personelle from several countries are working in this project, and as such, places it under a "cover" of sorts. A remote, undisclosed location has these massive machines, and is the workshop for many of these machines.
Anaheim
The project is currently running under a code-name, known as "Anaheim." In the anime, Anaheim Electronics is a company that manufactures the Mobile Suits, which includes a lot of specialties.
Program Sheet Leak
On October 23rd, 2011 Head of Design and Engineering Michael K. Adams created a small program that consisted of sheets and images for Project N.E.O. They originally targeted to new members and senior officers who had minimum knowledge of the project and system inside the project. However, the document was later leaked onto the internet, and soon was endorsed by Adams as he officially added the title "Information Sheets Authorized by Head of Design and Engineering Michael K. Adams, Project N.E.O."
Here is a direct Copy of the document;

Gundam Basics of Movement
The basics of a Mobile Suit, or Gundam, movement is virtually limitless. However, through our direct adaptation technology, we have developed a system for movement based off how the pilot reacts. There are four types of movements; Manual Pilot, Body Suit Sonar, NT-D, and M-SD.
Manual Pilot
This form of movement is the most common, yet least reactive of movement. The movement created through this is a form of indirect control. As a normal control type, it is limited to the movements programmed through console controls inside the cockpit of the Mobile Suit.
Body Suit Sonar
The step up from Manual Pilot, the Body Suit Sonar, is a movement system where the pilot is engulfed in a suit that reacts and bounces sonar waves off the inside of the Mobile Suit’s cockpit. The suit is made of a special material fusion of Carbon Fiber and Silicon. Sonar waves produced by Inception Speakers inside the cockpit bounce off the suit, and return to the speakers. This sends a signal of movement that has a short relay (.0091 seconds.) This movement type allows for a more humanoid-like approach to movement.
NT-D
This is the second fastest movement type for a Mobile Suit, the NewType-Drive System. This system can only be used by certain pilots, and the Mobile Suit only activates this movement in the presence of another NT Pilot. When this activates, it over-rides all manual controls, transforming the cockpit into a stationary stasis pod that houses the pilot. This gives the pilot direct control over the Mobile Suit, with a remarkable .0011 Second Delay over movement (A time that no eye can catch.) However, due to the overload on the mental and physical stress of this movement type, this mode only lasts for roughly five minutes.
M-DS
The Multi-Drive System is the fastest reaction based movement system. This system is a direct link to the pilot, infusing both the mind and body into a central suit that is read completely with real-time. This movement allows the pilot to directly control the Mobile Suit, with a reaction basis that is ran by the pilot itself. This mode has the same body wear-down as the standard Manual Pilot, which allows the pilot to feel when the MS can no longer move.
Drives and Operating Systems
Drives and Operating Systems are the general running and programming of any Mobile Suit. In order for any MS to function, they require a drive and OS. There are three main types of Operating Systems, and three types of Drives.
The types of Operating Systems are; nGundam, nGundam 2.0, and NT-D.
The three types of drives are: Neo Drive, NT-D, and MS-D.
Operating Systems

nGundam
The standard of OS in Mobile Suits, the Neo-Gundam Operating System. This system takes up the least amount of disk space in Mobile Suit Drives. However, this limits the possible movement of the Mobile Suit. Due to its short command types, it is paired freely with the basic Mobile Suits.
nGundam 2.0
The upgraded version of the nG OS System, the 2.0 model features more for the Mobile Suit than any other OS. 2.0 requires a little more space on the disks for the Mobile Suit to function, but ultimately has the better use for it. This new operating system comes with a program that analyzes movement, battle, and visual data. This mode allows the MS to run on an Artificial Intelligence commanded Auto-Pilot. This mode also allows for the easy access to the M-DS of any Mobile Suit who is capable.
NT-D
The Newtype-Drive System comes with its very own Operating System. This system carries the basics on the nGundam 2.0, but with self activation in the presence of a NT Pilot. Currently, this mode is only accessible for a limited time due to chronic fatigue accumulating on the pilot. This mode also includes a safe-guard where it shuts down and returns the Mobile Suit to normal when the pilot is incapable of continuing.
Drives
Neo-Drive
Standard to all Mobile Suits, this Drive houses the basics of movement and armament. This drive holds up to 1,000 Giga-Bytes of memory. It is a non-factional Drive that has no basis of defense. However, it features the coveted Core Block System, which makes it impossible to active a Mobile Suit if the Engraved IV does not match.
NT-D
This drive is only found in a remote few of Mobile Suits. Due to the MS abilities of transformation, this drive is limited to roughly 750 Giga-Bytes of memory. However, this drive has a program built into it where the drive itself can activate all power reserves. This enables the MS to fight at a much higher capacity. Another feature is that the drive also has no correlative OS, so it is compatible with M-DS type OS.
M-DS
The Multi-Drive System is the highest powered drive featured in Mobile Suits. This system allows the tap of all drives found inside the Mobile Suit. The Multi-Drive System is basic for any MS with drives that can change the appearance and performance of the MS. If this system was allowed to be implemented into all Mobile Suits, this system would make them indestructible. Due to how some models are made though, not all MS are M-DS compatible.
General Information on Mobile Suites
Mobile Suits is the term given to all Gundam Models (Being that Gundam itself is a specific model.) All Gundams and Mobile Suits have a set name and model number. The set basic height of most models is around 19.5 Meters and 21.5 Meters.
Most Mobile Suits that we have produced are Class A and S models. However, when we have finished prototyping, we will be able to produce D, C, and B Class MS. As of now, the MS we have finished are Gundam RX 72-2, Gundam RX 77-7, and Gundam RX 0-0 Unicorn.
All Gundams have a central power core. The three we have finished have Ultra-Compact Fusion Reactors. As of October 23rd, 2011, MS are now being fitted and designed with Ultra-Compact Nuclear Fusion Di-Cores.
