Presiden Baxter Harris is a fictional character who appears in Scary Movie 3, 4 and will appear in 5
He's portrayed by actor Leslie Nielsen he has only a small appearance in Scary Movie 4 but he's well beloved by the people and by Leslie Nielsen himself.
Character History
President Harris is the president of the United States who replaced president Ford, he is first seen in the white house when hearing that aliens are trying to take over the world.
He seems to keep forgetting that he's the president, wich is clear thanks to qoutes like:
* Harris: "Get me the President"
John Wilson: "You are the President"
Harris: "Good. Then I already know about this. Let's order lunch."
He saves George and Cindy at the end of Scary Movie 3 by opening the door and saying his famous qoute:
"Hey folks, I just want to tell you both good luck, we're all counting on you"
(Wich spoofed the same qoute that Leslie Nielsen also said in the movie )
At the end of Scary Movie 3 Harris catches the Cindy's flowers at her and George's wedding.
He returns in Scary Movie 4 in a kindergarten during the alien attack, he's listening to a little girl who's reading a story about a wounded duck.
When he hears about the alien attack, he doesn't wanna leave because he's curious about the ending of the story (a spoof to President Bush.)
At the end of the film we see him lying in bed together with a duck.
