Andrew Jackson went to his inauguration
in Washington D.C. And the politicians had
attached Jackson's wife. Andrew Jackson was
61 years old when he was elected president
in 1829. Jackson said in hid inauguration
address the “The Federal Constitution must
be obeyed, state rights preserved, our
national debt must be paid,direct taxes
and loans avoided, and the federal union
preserved.” Jackson introduced the Spoils
System, and formed the “Kitchen Cabinet”which
was a group of advisers who meet in the back
of the White House.
