Prakash K. Mansinghani (born 13 January 1985) was elected in 2008 to be the Presidential Electoral College Nominee for The Texas Democratic Party for Candidate Barack Obama.
Mansinghani was born to Kishore T. Mansinghani (November 02, 1947) and Shanta K. Mansinghani (November 07, 1948) in Laredo, Texas. Mansinghani holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M International University as well. Mansinghani also holds an Associate of Arts in Government from Laredo Community College in Laredo, Texas. While at Texas A&M International University Mansinghani headed the College Democrats of America Chapter at the University as President.
