Powerhouse World Promotions: War on the Mainland

Powerhouse World Promotions: War on the Mainland was the first mixed martial arts event held by Powerhouse World Promotions on August 14, 2010 at the Bren Events Center in Irvine, California, United States.
The card was headlined by a heavyweight title fight between UFC veterans Paul Buentello and Tim Sylvia; however, Sylvia weighed in at 274.4 lbs which would technically place him in the super heavyweight division. Two other title fights also took place at the event as Matt Horwich and Thales Leites fought for the Middleweight Championship, and Jason Lambert and Tony Lopez faced off for the light heavyweight crown.
