Postseason pressure

Postseason pressure is a psychological effect on many athletes in which they are very nervous, hyped up or getting anxiety attacks when entering the . This is more common among younger, less experienced players who have never seen playoffs. Older, more experienced players who have been in postseason games before are not as susceptible to this.
Stress is what causes these anxiety attacks. To reduce a stressful situation there are ways to relax. Meditation, avoiding caffeinated drinks, consuming serotonin, creating a relaxing room at home, listening to your favorite music, enjoying an aromatherapy massage, indulging in a hot bath tub, and engaging daily moderate exercise
Yoga and other calming relaxing exercises are good in helping reduce postseason pressure, also having experienced a postseason game will greatly reduce postseason pressure.
