Polarion ALM

Polarion ALM is a web-based software system for managing the application lifecycle from elicitation of requirements and Requirements Engineering through implementation, through Quality Assurance and maturity model compliance. The system delivers proprietary functionality through an architecture based atop open source software and frameworks, including , Apache HTTP Server, , Apache Maven, and others.
Polarion ALM stores requirements, tasks, change requests, discussions, wiki pages, documents, images, and all other artifacts related to the development process in an underlying Subversion repository. Extensive linking is supported to provide deep traceability within and across projects.
The Polarion ALM server can be installed on servers running Microsoft Windows or Linux operating systems. No proprietary client software is needed, only a web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. The vendor provides connector plugins that enable data exchange and/or interoperability with a number of third-party applications and software systems.
