Pojn Hill is the nickname of a small hill in New City in Rockland County, New York that is the location of a local legend in which a young child got into what appeared to be a horrific bike accident. The hill was the largest in the neighborhood, and the child enjoyed riding down the hill at top speed. One day, his bike's brakes broke, and he had to leap from the bike to avoid a head on collision with a car. Even though the kid caught the bike on his foot on the jump and hit the ground hard and awkwardly, he only suffered minor cuts and bruises, though the minor damage was to his genital area. This came much to the amazement of all those who witnessed the event. The story quickly spread. The hill is located on Trout Court and the accident took place on the intersection between Trout Court and Termakay Drive.
