The grab-and-go for on-the-go customers serve fried foods and offer tables. Meals are often shared. Typical offerings include pork sausage, chicarron, fried organs, tarta de seso (brain pie), bull testicles, papa criollo (creole or country potatoes), chorizo, morcilla, huesos de cerdo (pig bones), lengua (tongue), arepa, fried yuca, maduro and corn on the cob.
