Pierre Lorain

Early life
Dr. Pierre Lorain(1946 -2004), was born in Antibes in 1946 and spent his entire childhood in the city of Grasse. When speaking of his youth, he fondly remembers ‘the dandelion covered hills, well-groomed flowerbeds and fields of lavender and roses in the early morning’. Each spring, during his adolescent years, Pierre Lorain worked as a trainee in Grasse’s perfume factories, workshops and warehouses, becoming acquainted with all of the different kinds of the fragrance industry. For eight years study, he trained to become a qualified perfumer. Dr.Pierre Lorain is a leader in the use of natural raw materials, such as rose, jasmine and lily. He likes to say: "A good perfume is one that makes the woman wearing it smile and awakens desire in a man".
Perfumes
In 1975, Dr. Pierre Lorain created and launched his own perfume, Eau De Lorain. It was followed by Dieci, Dieci for Men, His, LPM, Regal Pour Homme etc. The latest perfume is Pink Diamond, a delicate and appealing construction that blends notes of magnolia, gardenia and azalea with amber, bergamot and guava. Just a splash will leave you smelling wonderful for hours.
