Peter Stoykewych

Peter Stoykewych (Stoy-k-vich) is defensive player for the Colorado College Tigers of the NCAA Division I ice hockey. He was drafted in the 7th round of the 2010 NHL entry draft by the Atlanta Thrashers.
Early career
He spent two seasons with the Winnipeg South Blues of the Manitoba Junior Hockey League, earning second-team MJHL all-star honors after compiling 32 points (6g,26a) in 2009-10.
Draft
Stoykewych was drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers in the 7th round. Shortly after being drafted, the Thrashers made an announcement stating they were moving to Winnipeg.
College career
Peter spent the 2011-12 season playing for the Colorado College Tigers where he played 26 games had 3 points and 14 penalty minutes.<ref name="cctigers1"/>
