Peter Shaindlin

Peter Shaindlin is an American business executive. Since 2003, he has served as a chief operating officer of Halekulani Corporation, a hotel group in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Family and education
Peter Shaindlin's father was Jack Shaindlin, a Russian-American musician and composer. His undergraduate education at Mannes School of Music and New York University started in 1975, and he later earned a postgraduate diploma in global business from the University of Oxford.
Professional affiliations and board memberships
Shaindlin has served on the executive board of Hawaii Arts Alliance, Hawaii Pops, the Merwin Conservancy and the International Luxury Hotel Association. He is a past chairman of the Hawaii Symphony and was an executive board member of The Honolulu Symphony Foundation. He has served on the boards of the Bishop Museum, Hawaii Employers Council and the Japan-America Society of Hawaii, and is a lifetime member of the Oxford Union.
