Peter Kettlewell

Peter Kettlewell is a Gemini Award Winning Producer and Director, best known for his work on home renovation series Holmes on Homes, Holmes in New Orleans and Holmes Inspection. He has worked with a vast assortment of Networks such as HGTV, Discovery, CTV, CBC, Global, Life, WTN, ABC and RTL Germany.
Beginning his career with a focus on Sound, Kettlewell has been a soundman for such notable television programs as Nature of Things, Super Dave, All My Children, Shining Time Station, Big Comfy Couch, Dudley the Dragon and Open Mike With Mike Bullard. Kettlewell also appeared as a frequent guest on the Open Mike lead-in The Warm Up Show, where Kettlewell and host Sean Tweedley would interact around the end of the show.
Kettlewell began work on Holmes on Homes in the Sound field, but was given the opportunity to direct a few episodes. This led to Kettlewell becoming the full time director and, later, one of the show’s producers with Mike Holmes and Michael Quast. In 2009, Holmes in New Orleans won a Gemini Award for Best Lifestyle/ Practical Information Series.
Kettlewell has been behind the latest multimedia additions from the Holmes Group, such as Holmes: The Magazine To Make It Right, The Holmes Inspection, Make It Right, Holmes Workwear, the Holmes Foundation, Holmes Homes and Mike Holmes Inspections.
