Paul Flatt

Paul Flatt BEng (Hons), CEng, FIET, FCIBSE (2 October 1968) is a British business executive. He is the Executive Group Chairman and CEO of the engineering consultancy Hurley Palmer Flatt.
He transformed Hurley Palmer Flatt into an international consultancy and the UK's largest privately owned engineering consultancy.
Career
In 2009, Flatt oversaw the acquisition of building services consultancy Atco Consulting. Flatt led the opening of offices in Singapore and Australia. He spearheaded the buy-back of the company from private equity holders, making the business independent and preparing for the next stage of growth. In 2014, Flatt acquired a majority share of the firm Andrew Reid & Partners, which became a subsidiary of Hurley Palmer Flatt. In November 2016, he completed the acquisition of Bradbrook Consulting.
Personal life
Flatt owns Childwickbury Stud, a horse breeding stud for Group 1 and Group 2 racing, and redeveloped the enterprise. He is a court member of the Worshipful Company of Plumbers.
