Patrick Antelmi

Patrick Antelmi is a footballer for Wigan Athletic who plays as a forward. He was born in Sydney.
Career
Antelmi began his footballing career in England in Portsmouth’s youth team, having joined the club at 16-years-old.
After two years in their Under 18s, he joined Leeds United in 2012/13, becoming their leading Under 21 goal scorer in the Under 21 Professional Development League. Released at the end of the season, the Australian-born striker spent the first half of the 2013/14 campaign with Wolverhampton Wanderers, before coming to Latics on trial.
Antelmi made his Wigan Athletic F.C. Under 21s debut against Tranmere Rovers at Prenton Park in the Central League. He scored his first goals for the Development Squad against Preston North End in the thrilling 5-4 LFA Cup quarter final victory.
