Partho Paulinews Folia is a Bangladeshi independent film maker and director. Folia is most notable for directing 2018 TV drama Opekkha, and short film Jok- It's Not Her Fault. Life Folia was born on 23 May, 1997 in Dhaka. He is a student of Notre Dame College, Dhaka. He made his first short film in 2015 titled Insomnia. Folia owns and runs a film production company named "Film Street Productions." In addition to film making, he also does graphics designing. Reception Folia's 2016 short film Silence was met with praise, and was screened in several film festivals including the 2016 Canadian Film Festival.
