Pamela Cox is a children's author. She was asked to complete St. Clare's series, and has written The Third Form at St. Clare's, The Sixth Form at St. Clare's, and Kitty at St. Clare's. She has also written 6 new stories in the popular Malory Towers series, New Term at Malory Towers, Summer Term at Malory Towers, Winter Term at Malory Towers, Fun and Games At Malory Towers, Secrets at Malory Towers and Goodbye Malory Towers. Novels The Third Form at St. Clare's Carlotta and Janet are chosen to be head girls, Carlotta for the first term and Janet for the second term. The three new girls, Fern, Libby and Rachel all leave at the end of the book. Fern and Libby are cousins. Fern is just like Alison, and seizes the time to be Alison's best friend; but Alison is already Rachel's friend. Rachel and Fern hate each other. Rachel's parents are famous actors and Rachel was in training to be one, but one day the headmistress of her acting school called Rachel aside and tells Rachel she has no talent for acting. During the play rehearsals Fern tells everyone Rachel had been expelled. Everybody hates Fern after that. Libby and Carlotta become best friends, and Carlotta being Libby's friend affects Carlotta's position as head girl. During a midnight feast, Fern pretends to be sick and when the feast starts, she rats them out to Mam'zelle. Carlotta was in the sickbay. Fern tries to ride a horse bareback, and causes an accident for Carlotta, who ends up going to the hospital. The book ends as Fern being in disgrace with everyone and leaves the school after the accident with Carlotta, Rachel going back to her drama school for her talent in directing and Libby to go to America. The Sixth Form at St. Clare's Pat and Isabel are head girls. Miss Theobald gives the sixth form a common room as well as their studies for the purpose of the younger girls coming to the older girls for advice. Priscilla Parsons, a sneaky girl in the sixth, spills all the first form's secrets and is having a hold over Alison's slave, Joan; the fact that her father was accused of stealing money from the firm he worked for. In the end, Priscilla is expelled, Joan's father is declared innocent and Hilary leaves the school to be with her parents in India. There are two new girls in this book- Morag, a Scottish girl who is very rich and cares nothing about school and in sent to boarding school because of continuous fights with her new stepmother. She befriends Carlotta. The other new girl, Lady Phyllis Bentley's family are the Duke and Duchess of Delchester, and send 'Fizz' to boarding school where people don't know her title and really like her for herself. Angela and Mirabel pass in their retests, Angela gets to go to a fancy finishing school in Paris. carlotta does not have to go to a finishing school Kitty at St. Clare's Pat breaks her arm and is unable to return to school on the first day. Amanda, a new girl seizes the time to be Isabel's new best friend. Kitty, a new girl in the third form, has a goat which causes good fun. Now the third and second formers share a common room and a dormitory because the second forms dorms and common room have to be repainted. The new head-girl is Jennifer Mills. but the deputy head-girl is the spiteful Margeret Winters! Amanda's spoilt sister Helen has a fight with Alison which causes a form feud. When the forms play tricks on each other, the third come up with a brilliant idea. They pretend there's a fire and go with the second formers and lock them out. Jennifer finds them out and doesn't report them. Margeret clicks pictures of them and gives to Miss Theobald. Jenny is suspended as head-girl and Margeret is the new one. The head girl of the school is very bossy, and annoying everywhere, but Kitty manages to show Miss Theobald that in fact Margaret the head girl is not a good head girl at all! New Term at Malory Towers Follows the adventures of Felicity Rivers, Darrell's younger sister. There are two new girls called Amy and Freddie. Freddie is a joker and joins up with June quickly, which June both likes and dislikes. Amy is a snooty girl who is disliked by the rest of the form, with the exception of Veronica, who sucks up to her because she is rich. Felicity has been complaining about spending holidays with a girl called Bonnie Meadows when Bonnie turns up at Malory Towers. Amy has a strange family secret. Bill and Clarissa now own a stable called Five Oaks. Susan, Felicity and June go on a hack and meet Mrs Dale, who turns out to be Amy's grandmother. Amy doesn't know that her grandmother lives nearby because her father was selfish and didn't tell her because Mrs Dale is common. June tells Freddie about Mrs Dale and it ends up with Freddie frequently visiting Mrs Dale pretending to be Amy. Finally Amy is told, then Mrs Dale reveals that she knew it was Freddie all along. The girls find out that Amy's mother was keeping the secret, not Amy's father. Amy gets things straightened out with her parents and Mrs Dale and Veronica moves into the fourth form. happy ending Summer Term at Malory Towers A new summer term has started in Malory Towers! There are new girls this term. There's Lucy and Esme. The two are cousins and have a family secret which causes, dislike between the girls. Lucy pairs up with Julie and they keep their horses, Sandy and Jack Honour in Bill and Clarrisa's stables in Five Oaks. Esme joins Bonnie and Amy's group and they teach her to be "English". Esme likes to wear lipstick, mascarra and all make-up. She's a disaster at Tennis and tries to keep her hair-do dry and it becomes quite a sport with the girls to spoil her hair. But soon, things become black because Julie's horse gets stolen! Now it's up to the third to solve this mystery! Winter term at Malory Towers There's a new winter term at Malory Towers! And everyone's sure it's going to be lots of fun! Now Susan's head girl, and there are two new girls, one Olive who is plain and dislikes Nora and Bonnie. Then there's Sylvia who is a noisy chatterbox. There's even a new teacher who's name is Miss Tallant. She's always poking her nose into what one's doing. Soon the girls find out that Miss Tallant has a niece in their very own form! They suspect that the one of the two new girls is the niece. And plus there is even a sneak in the fourth form. Later Bonnie tells the girls about Olive's strange behaviour, as she met Annabel her step sister who causes troublefor her and proves to be innocent.
