P2ware Planner

P2ware Planner (also known as P2ware Planner Suite) is a desktop Project management software application designed primarily for PRINCE2 users and other project management methodologies prescribing the use of Product based planning and is PMI PMBOK compliant. The product is part of an enterprise suite that comprises P2ware Planner and P2ware Planner Server. Application has a predecessor known as Product Based Planner.
The software supports most of the PRINCE2-defined methods and processes including tools for creating the Product breakdown structure and Product flow diagram in addition to standard project management charts including the Network diagram and Gantt chart. Additional functionality includes support for risk, issue, quality and daily logs.
P2ware Planner Suite is available in versions: Standard, Professional, Developer, Server and Viewer. Planner Viewer, chich is designed for viewing plans created by other P2ware Planner versions but not for editing them, is available free. There is also available a free version of P2ware Planner, Personal Learning Edition (PLE), downloadable from software manufacturer's website. It has the same functionalities as Planner Standard. It was designed for educational purposes. However number of plan objects that can be created by this version is limited.
P2ware Planner has won several awards including "Application of the year 2005", "Best Application for Windows XP" and "The Most Innovative IT Solution 2008"
The software is available in English and Polish versions.
