OverIT is a technology firm providing Field Service Management solutions focused on service optimization, mobile workforce management and GIS.
History
OverIT was founded in 1999, as a spin-off of Bofrost. It is headquartered in Fiume Veneto, Pordenone, Italy with offices in North America, and serves in more than 30 countries.
In 2004 OverIT was acquired by Engineering Group, an IT consulting company.
In 2021 OverIT finalized its spin-off from the Engineering Group and established as an independent company under the control of Bain Capital and NB Renaissance private equity funds.
In 2022 and 2023, it partnered with Siemens, SAP, and IBM, and regionally collaborated with Almaviva and Atos. OverIT also partnered with Esri for GIS.

* In 2014 OverIT was included in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Field Service Management.
* In 2023 for the second time, OverIT was recognized as a leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Field Service Management Solutions for Utilities 2023-2024
