OSBOUNCE

OS BOUNCE (OS standing for Open Source) is a open source text/graphic bouncing script developed by Theodore Morris originally for the Zilog Z80 assembly code, the program uses a specific algorithm to bounce a block of text or an image to bounce along the side walls of a screen. This basic script is used very discreetly in some applications such as screen savers in linux distributions and DVD Players. Because it is open source, many people have altered the code, one version, GBOUNCE (G standing for gravity) actually simulates a ball or other object bouncing while experiencing gravity.
