Organic frequencies

Organic frequencies refers to music which is played with instruments designed or tuned to frequencies which are believed to physically affect the body. The most common of these frequencies is the scientific pitch (A4 432 Hz).
Organic frequencies describes a worldly phenomenon of musician<nowiki/>s and music therapist<nowiki/>s who have been searching for the perfect musical pitch to resonate in harmony with the body.
Background
Before the 20th century, there was no universal standard for musical pitch. Musicians, orchestras and bands used to tune their instruments according to their local traditions or just by ear. In the beginning of the 20th century, the need to set a universal standard musical pitch grew until finally, in 1955, International Organization for Standardization had named the most common pitch, A4 440 Hz, to be the standard musical pitch and reaffirmed it in 1975 creating "ISO 16:1975". Since then it has been known as Common Pitch or Pitch standard.
The use of "pitch standard" was never fully accepted by all. Different musicians and composers still favored other musical pitches, anywhere from A4 415 Hz to A4 528 Hz. The most notable of them was probably the Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi, who wrote his Requiem using the official French standard diapason normal pitch of A4 tuned to 435 Hz. Later, he indicated that the scientific pitch, A4 432 Hz, would be slightly better for orchestras and even wrote a letter addressed to the Music Commission of the Italian Government. In the letter he wrote:
Today
Many musicians are now tuning their instruments to other musical pitches, in an attempt to find the perfect one. Both John Lennon and Paul McCartney in their solo careers, experimented with A 444 which places the MI note at 528 Hz. Ameriie, experimented with A4 528 Hz. In 1988, the initiated a campaign to establish scientific pitch (A4 432 Hz) as the classical music concert pitch standard.
The advantages of the Scientific Pitch have also been promoted in the field of energy healing, among others by energy healing pioneer Dr. Barbara Brennan. Dr. Brennan, founder of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, researched the Bioenergetics field, a field in science that concerns energy flow through living systems, and especially what she calls the "Human Energy Field". In her body of work Dr. Brennan studied the effect of light, sound and electromagnetic radiation on the human body and discovered 7 sound frequencies she refers to as "Chakra Tones". Dr. Brennan argues that these 7 tones have an energizing effect on the human energy field and that they promote physical health and well-being. Though the 7 tones were gathered individually by Dr. Brennan with no relation to a specific pitch, it was later noted that they could only be played on an instrument tuned to the Scientific Pitch thus reaffirming the beliefs of its unique proponents. Following her work, some music therapists as well as professional musicians have started using the Brennan 7 tones in music and therapy sessions, as well as fully adopting the Scientific Pitch. Believed by many to be the precise sound frequencies that resonate with the body, the Brennan 7 tones as well as the whole Scientific Pitch, are often referred to as "Organic Frequencies", though some use it more loosely to describe any pitch believed to affect the body.
