Operation Double Zero

Operation Double Zero,(also known as Spia di Sauve di Agente segreto)is an Italian Eurospy film released in 1967. It is the only Eurospy film to actully use the James Bond character by name.
Plot
When Motorbikers go through a rampage, a man and woman fight them out of town. After the fight the two fall in love. The next day the woman is kidnapped by the bikers and killed by a gangster. When the man finds out that she is dead, he kills the gangster and destroys the Mafia's hideout with explosives. The man goes through a violent rampage and while running people over with a car, he encounters James Bond for the first time, Bond says his favourite line, "The name is Bond, James Bond" before chasing the man into a garage, causing his car to explode. After the man dies, Bond turns around the car and says, "I am Agent 007". After the man is in the explosion, whose name is revelaed to be "Freakshow", discovers that he is badly hurt and needs a pair of false teeth, He gets a pair of Golden Blades so he can bite the neck's of his victims. Bond is agsigned to destroy Freakshow after M shows Bond a survailence tape of Freakshow biting a man in the face and pushing him off a balcouny into a car on fire. Q makes a uniqe gadget for Bond, it is a gun that shoots lasers only at golden objects. Bond tests out the weapon by shooting it at a golden statue and exploding it. Q responds by saying "Your attitude is simply gold today Bond". After several long chases and fights, Bond finds the woman who Freakshow was in love with. Bond falls in love with the Woman and when Freakshow finds out he kidnapps the woman and holds her hostage. Bond goes through more car chases and fights a henchmen for five minutes straight until Bond punches him off a cliff and puts dynamite down his shirt. When Bond finds Freakshows Headquarters, he destroyes most of the buildings and houses surrounding him. Freakshow tells the woman that Bond will get extremely angry and damage his brain and Temper managemnet if he finds out that the woman has been killed, and that the same thing will happen to Bond that happend to Freakshow. Bond fights off many villians and gangsters, even a large robot apears and Bond shoots it with his lasergun in the back where it has a large gold plate. Bond jumps up to the top of the stairs where he shoots the door that has a golden handel. When Bond comed in Freakshow throughs a poison dart in his mouth causing Bond to think of him as Freakshow killing everyone, when Bond comes back to his senses he frees the woman and tells Freakshow to get lost before he gets hurt. Freakshow punches bond in the face and takes his laser gun. Freakshow flies to the statue of librety and threatens to destroy it with Nuclear Warheads. When the Warheads are close, Freakshow fires the lasergun and tries to shoot a gold piece on the Warhead. Bond thinks quick and grabs a mirrior from the woman and holds it up causing the laser the hit Freakshow in the face and Freakshow falls into the ocean and drowns. Bond and the woman are scared to see the Warhead still coming in their direction. Bond and the woman duck and hear a huge explotion, they look up and see a helicopter that Felix Leiter,Q and M are in. The three men destroyed the Warhead will a Missile. M gets off the helicopter and puts a medal around the womans neck the reads:"Moneypenny". M invites Bond and Moneypenny to join Q and Leiter for a glass of scotch at the MI6 HQ in London, Bond refueses and takes out a cantien that reads "007". Bond takes a drink and passes it to Moneypenny. Moneypenny says "Well what will we do now 007?". Bond answers back by parachuting off of the statue of librety with Moneypenny in his arms. Bond parachute reads "007" and a close up to Moneypenny's face shows that the other side of the cantien reads "The End".
Production
The film was Directed by Italian filmmaker Enzo G. Casterelli and Casterelli used two American producers, Dick Phillips and Rick Pleven, to finance the film. The casting of Bond would be the films most difficult task, while vactioning in Sweden, Casterelli found a Danish carpenter by the name of Sam Poulsen who was mix of Sean Connery and Bent Mejding. Poulsen would be paid $500 for one week of shooting. In Poulsen's original contract, it read that Poulsen would be paid $500 for one week of advertising for the film with behind the scenes photos or shooting test footage. After one week, Poulsen left Europe and moved to Canada. Casterelli was forced to hire new scriptwriters to suit the test footage already shot. Most of the film is car chases or fight scenes, and most of them do not feautre Poulsen. After the film, Poulsen played James Bond type-characters in several films. In 1975, an american film company made a comedy film that included deleted footage from Operation Double Zero.
