OnePure

OnePure is a luxury halal cosmetics company that develops products related to acne treatment, anti-aging, whitening and dark circles. With its registered outlets in Dubai, all of the products being supplied by OnePure are manufactured in Malaysia and have been certified halal by JAKIM (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia).
History
The company was founded in 2007, by a Canadian make-up artist Layla Mandi. She has been the CEO<ref name="paul_book" /> of the company since then.
Being a Muslim, she always found it troubling that there are so many cosmetics brands in the market and yet a very few of them sell products that do not contain ingredients forbidden in Islam such as Collagen, Gelatin and Keratin etc. That motivated her to establish a company of her own.
In July 2009, OnePure's travel collection was launched at the 50 Degrees Boutique in Souk Al Bah'ar in Dubai, on Saudi Arabian Airlines. This got followed by the launch of OnePure's retail line in Galleries Lafayette in Dubai, in January 2010. The same year, the company also created its franchise division.
Products
The portfolio of OnePure includes a whole range of shariah compliant formulations and solutions for the treatment of dry skin, acne, age spots and dark circles. All these products are developed, packaged and supplied using careful and thorough procedures that ensure that no raw materials used to manufacture the products are of a non-halal (or haram) origin.
