Omar Hafeez

Omar Hafeez (born: 3rd March, 1962) is a Pakistani actor who is sometimes known as Omar Rana Hafeez or O.R.H. He also competed as a professional (kayfabe) wrestler under the English psuedonym Jim Samuel.
Acting Career
Omar started acting in 1998 when he was 36 when he appeared in the film Inkar. This film is considered to be his first film. His original age is not the same but some claim that he was 36 during that film. He later appeared in another film called Char Bhai in the same year.
He had both of his films flopped. His films were being flopped from 1999 to 2000. In 2001, his film Mout was released and from that film, his popularity began. He was later joined in 2002 to work in international films such as Diamond, a Chinese film in English language.
From there, he became known as Om King. By 2003, Omar was one of the top superstars in Pakistan and when years passed, he became more popular and now he is one of the top actors in the world.
Although Pakistani by birth, Hafeez was introduced to the Indian film industry through the Kapoor family. Ekta Kapoor was a love interest at the time of Inkar; during his time with her Hafeez "always wanted to make it big in Bollywood", according to Ekta in her interview with 4 Gossip. Connections with the Kapoor family ensured his position as one of Durga Maa Telefilms star cast, with "Khaba Khul Guli" his Bollywood debut. Sharan Kapoor proclaimed "a star is born".
Hafeez continues to work with Kapoor, and is rumored to star in his latest film.
Personal Life
Omar has claimed that he didn't like studies but he has said that those who never study can never become good people. He studied in a school English Grammar School and then later, when he was 11, he left that school claiming that it was not a good school and went to study in Beaconhouse School System where he continued his studies, completing a course in Economics.
Entry into the London School of Economics was granted in 2003, however, due to a contract with Sharan Kapoor's Durga Maa Telefilms, Hafeez could not accept this offer. Hafeez, in an interview with Asad TV, proclaimed that "The virtues of supply and demand are a thing of beauty. The invisible hand, as in film, cannot be predicted."
Jim Samuel and Wrestling Career
Omar debuted in Puerto Rican World Wrestling Council on October 29, 1984 as Jim Samuel. He debuted by defeating Bruiser Body and started wrestling as Omar the Awesome. He attacked Invader #1 and then feuded with Valiant during his entire career in WWC. He later captured the WWC Carribean Heavyweight Championship by defeating Gonzales but lost the title to Gonzales on March 15, 1985 in an I Quit Match and was fired from WWC.
American Wrestling Association (March 1985 - November 1985)
Omar debuted in American Wrestling Association on March 23, 1985 by defeating Jerry Blackwell as The Competitor. He then feuded with Stan Hansen and defeated him several times. He later defeated Nick Bockwinkel in June 1985 and got a chance for the AWA world title in a match with Rick Martel. He had a good chance to deliver a Body slam to Martel in the match but before he could slam Martel, Martel slapped in Boston crab and Competitor had to submit.
He would later have a rematch with Martel which was a No Disqualification Match. He hit Martel with a chair and then took the AWA Championship and then he hit Martel with the belt and tried to do pinfall but Martel locked in Boston crab and Competitor submitted once again. He wanted to get the AWA Championship at all cost.
He feuded with Rick Martel for the AWA title but he couldn't get it. He had several matches for the title but he failed and he left AWA in November 1985. He had his last match in AWA with Mad Dog Vachon.
World Class Championship Wrestling (November 1985 - April 1986)
Omar started making appearances with the World Class Championship Wrestling between November 1985 and April 1986. He feuded with Matt Osborne. He later feuded with Buddy Roberts for the WCCW television title but couldn't get the title. He had several matches with Roberts for the title but failed.
He defeated Roberts in a non-title match and then cost Roberts, his Television title on March 24, 1986 when Roberts had a match with Lance Von Erich for the title. From behind, Asad hit Roberts with a chair which gave Von Erich, his Television title. He then feuded with Von Erich to get the title until April 14, 1986.
American Wrestling Association (Second run, April 1986 - July 1989)
Omar returned to AWA on April 25, 1986. He feuded with Curt Hennig and Scott Hall, then AWA Tag Team Champions. He defeated both of them in a handicap match due to his return. He cost Hennig and Hall the AWA Tag Team title in their match with Buddy Rose and Doug Somers where they defended the title.
Omar later changed his ring name from The Competitor to Soldat Ustinov on December 14, 1986. Later, in 1987, he formed a tag team with Boris Zhukov under Sheik Adnan El Kassey's management. They feuded with Midnight Rockers for the AWA Tag Team title.
On May 25, 1987, Ustinov and Zhukov defeated Midnight Rockers and got the AWA World Tag Team Championship but they both later lost it to Jerry Lawler and Bill Dundee on October 11, 1987
