Official joints

Official Joints is the debut album of hip hop producer and music executive CEO DMAK. DMAK a self perclaimed Huguenot, released Offical Joints June 15th, 2007 on his own label, Chinga Chang Records. This album includes unreleased songs from Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, The Beatnuts, GURU, Big Pun, and many more. The album was named after a slang term for high-grade cannabis. The first single, "Original Style" by Rakim, was added on June 11 2007 to allhiphop.com and was played 6775 times its first weekend, soon hitting more than 13000 plays. It has since been very popular on itunes. Official Joints is a homage to old school hip hop. The album was recorded by CEO DMAK after he left 45 Scientific Records over a financial dispute in Paris,France and consequently featured both subtle and direct insults at 45 Scientific. It is rumored CEO DMAK acquired these songs in a trade with MC Shan involving 14 bottles of Montezuma , Tequila and a time share condo in Kissimmee St. Cloud Florida.
