Objekat 101

The Objekat 101 is presumed operating new main battle tank in the bosnian army. "Objekat 101" is produced in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. A production of this project will start with a demonstrated or a prototype of this tank. "Objekat 101" will be the ultimate main battle tank on the battlefield, because of ist operational range.
Development
Develompmet of "Objekat 101" is expected to start in late 2010 or 2011. It appears to have very thick front and back armour and new-generation explosive reactive armour on the around the tank. The protoype has a 125 mm tank gun from the M-84, but will accommodate a larger primary armament tank, a 152~155mm tank gun. And will be incorporated with the russian Arena Active Protection System.
The Bosnian parliament is not sure whether the project will step in. The project has not yet gotten into how big the budget will cost, expected to be the largest military project for former Yugoslav states.
